Water Damage In North Park Condo
These photos show a before and during photo of a dry-out of water damage that occurred in a condo in the North Park area of uptown San Diego.
A supply-line leak in the unit above caused minimal water damage to the unit below, but there was still some work that needed to be addressed.
SERVPRO of Centre City/Uptown got the call as a referral from a property management company, and our crew was able to install a dehumidifier and duct it to the ceiling of the unit so as to prevent having to do any demolition and cut walls.
