Rain Damage to HOA Condo in Downtown San Diego

These photos show an example of what can happen when severe rain damage affects a condo in downtown San Diego.

During the heavy rains during the month of December 2018, problems with the living room windows in this condo caused severe water damage throughout the entire condominium.  As a preferred vendor for the property management company of the unit, we received a call for help late one Thursday night.  Our team came onsite to extract water, and stabilize, while we came up with a plan with the property managers, tenants, and building managers for next steps.

Because of the severity of the water intrusion, extensive demolition was needed to keep the unit and structure safe and ensure it could be properly dried.
