Do yourself a favor and HIRE SERVPRO! I wasn't sure that SERVPRO was as good as they seemed to be when I had a water damage issue, but I trusted my insurance company to refer me to a vendor that would take care of me, and I am glad I did.

SERVPRO in San Diego is the best water remediation vendor there is, and I've worked with a lot of them.

The folks from SERVPRO were wonderful when our church in La Mesa flooded in June, because of a pipe that burst! They got there fast and got busy. They knew what they were doing, but took pains to make sure we understood everything that needed to happen as well. Their follow-up was outstanding, and we ended up using them for the re-build as well. They were great at making sure we were able to use the space on weekends when we needed it. I would recommend them highly!
